Tower 1 considers the varying needs of the occupants of public housing, and the transient nature of those that come and go. Designed to be operable and customisable, the tower and its units within form a shell for its inhabitants now and in the future. The provision of commercial and communal spaces facilitate an environment where residents and the general public can interact, share stories and learn from eachother, forging a stronger society together.
